New format, too!
More show floor hours...
Our updated schedule now includes two days of floor time!
Day 1: Exhibitor load in from 8:AM until 4:PM, with 45-minute breakout sessions at 1, 2 and 3:PM; the show floor opens at 4:PM with the Welcome Reception taking place in the cavLOUNGE (on the show floor) from 5-7:PM.
On Day 2 the show floor will be open from 9:AM - 4:PM (breakout sessions on the :30s from 9:30 - 1:30), with load out immediately after.

We've increased the number of breakout sessions to twenty-one (21!) to allow for more training & education - plus there are exhibitor discounts available for certain types of trainings!
A new focus on trade craft:
We've heard it from business operators across the country: the basic skills every #proAVL tech needs - whether installer or stagehand - are getting harder and harder to find in new employees. cavlo is committed to helping bridge that gap, offering discounts to any exhibitor who can offer trade craft training at a cavlo Tech Expo.

Discover the right way to trade show - inclusive booth booth pricing (including hotel room night/s & power!); no union, drayage or cartage fees; complimentary lunch on load-in day; complimentary booth support from the cavlo Ambassadors; reasonably priced breakout spaces; and food & beverage service on the show floor to maximize show floor traffic.
Two different formats, same great service:
cavlo Connects (Charlotte & New Jersey) is our smaller, more intimate format - typically 4-6 non-competing vendors in a tabletop setting, typically during a late afternoon/early evening. Designed as a "fly -in" event for manufacturers, it affords them good exposure to the local market with a lower engagement effort.
The cavlo Tech Expo (Nashville & Seattle) is our more traditional event - a trade show with booths, breakout spaces & a welcome reception on the evening of day 1.
Regardless of the format, at cavlo we strive to honor "The Three Es" and create a show that's Easy to exhibit at, Easy to attend and Easy to produce - we call it E3!
